Shit, it looks like a Mockingbird to me. They rule my backyard with an iron claw.

They're not supposed to be in Oregon, but in 1936 an isolated colony was found near Fish Lake, along the western slope of the Steens Mountains in southeastern Oregon.

Good call, RT. I didn't know where to even start looking, but punch in Mockingbird to Google Images, and sure as hell, it is one.

I took the photo at Crater Lake, so that would actually be southeastern Oregon.

They don't inhabit the area of Michigan where I'm from, so I was at a loss.

Wrong on both counts boys, That sumbitch is the rarely seen Western Pteradactyl found only in the blast zones of dormant volcanoes. (Clearly idendtified by the singe marks at the tips of their wings. Or, it could be a frickin mockingbird.
